Being a volunteer is a rewarding experience, and it makes our community of Desert Ridge and the City of Phoenix a nice place to be.
As owner of VRC Sports Psychology Performance Consulting Group, P.L.L.C., Reginald Younger Jr. is involved in a number of projects across the Desert Ridge community and the City of Phoenix, and volunteers his time in girls' lacrosse across Arizona.
Desert Ridge Community Association
President, serving the association since 2008. Former Chairman of the Design Review Committee and the Public Affairs Committee.
City of Phoenix — Desert View Village Planning Committee
Member since 2009, under Mayor Kate Gallego and City Councilman Jim Waring.
Arizona Girls Lacrosse Association (AGLA)
Second Vice President and then President, 2016–2018, representing and growing the sport of lacrosse in Arizona under the umbrella of USA Lacrosse.
US Lacrosse Association
Level II Certified Coach, volunteering as a mental performance consultant for Pinnacle Girls Lacrosse.
VRC also assists the City of Phoenix in keeping our streets clean, by participating in the Adopt a Street programme.
