Coaches and Coaching Staff
Earning credibility with a staff rather than assuming it, and building the mental game of the people who lead.
I appreciate that coaching is a very tough, difficult, taxing and mentally complex profession when dealing with athletes, the media, the press and society in general. I also hold to my personal belief that, as a mental performance consultant, I do not think I am smarter than the coach or their staff. I must earn trust and credibility by helping their staff and players perform at the highest level possible and maximise their mental game. I realise that having a degree in this profession does not automatically grant me that credibility.
