Communication and listening skills are paramount for team efficacy, team success and cohesion. The interaction between team members is an essential part of group dynamics, and of the ability to learn about one another for the greater good of its members. What matters are the group processes in sport: team cohesion, group communication and leadership.
I will aid the team building process and develop a programme to help coaches, leaders and staff in this area. I include group presentation skills and team structure, and lead members in team building activities to foster cohesion.
